Many files into one Excel

Every branch sends its own file. Different column names, different date formats, one has no totals at all. Every month someone copy-pastes them together for an hour. Today AI combines them in one minute, and tells you what looks suspicious.

15 minutes · Level 2 · Lesson 3 of 8 · Full Level 2 · 3 practice files

By the end of this lesson you will

combine any number of files into one clean table
fix different column names and date formats automatically
get a summary sheet with totals per group
use the warnings AI gives you, not just the file

Still copy-pasting files together every month?

“Three branches, three files, three different ways of writing a date. Every month I spent an hour just copying and pasting.”
Example story · Maria, office manager

Every team or branch sends its own file, and none of them match.
Different column names, different date formats, missing totals.
You lose an hour (or a whole afternoon) every month gluing it all together.
One wrong paste, and the total is off in front of your manager.
